2008 Awards

SCFF VII: The Big Picture wrapped up Saturday night, May 17th, after nine incredible days that included 148 films screened from 26 countries to rave reviews. Performances in the theatre spanned talents as diverse as a young poet "spitting verse" to a Neo Benshi live narration. It was an amazing festival that truly had something for everyone in it.

Many thanks to all of the filmmakers, festival lovers, volunteer staff and contributors who support the Santa Cruz Film Festival. Without you, we cannot continue our mission of bringing quality, innovative programming to the Monterey Bay area.
